Lien's Collections strives for you to be totally satisfied with the products and service . If for any reason you are not Completely Satisfied you can cancel your order up to 7 days from the day your goods are delivered.

To cancel an order, inform us as soon as possible that you are going to cancel, then return the goods to us. You will however still be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Your money will be refunded to you within 7 to 10 days of the goods arriving at our premises.

We offer this added guarantee in addition to your statutory rights ,so we can achieve our aim of our customers being Completely Satisfied with our Company and Service.
